Lottery Hill Farm - South Woodstock, Vermont

Words like romantic, magical and historic are often used to describe the quaint village of Woodstock, Vermont, that has been called "the prettiest small town in America" and the "quintessential New England village." The hamlet of South Woodstock is located a mile from the Green Mountain Horse Association, one of the preeminent equestrian facilities in New England and recreational opportunities that include  world class skiing, hiking, hunting, fishing, golf, and tennis.

One of the most historically important properties in South Woodstock, Lottery Hill Farm was built by Salmon Hoisington in 1817 supposedly from
winnings in the Louisiana lottery and once belonged to the actor Michael J. Fox. The property consists of a 16 room, 6 bedroom brick Federal colonial main house
and a faithfully reproduced 1990 Cape guest home. The exceptional setting includes 121 acres of fenced pasture, rolling meadows, stream, pond, mixed northern
hardwood forest, a large barn, numerous outbuildings, run in shed and in-ground pool.

Exclusively offered at $2,550,000
